Let's face it, the web is full of numerous height gain strategies, products and advice. It's very difficult for consumers to fully to determine whether they are being taken for a ride or not. The truth is that 9 out of 10 websites that focus on height increase are scams, usually aimed at getting you to part with you hard earned cash.
In all honesty it really annoys me to see the scammers getting away with their tricks, which is why I wanted to provide this page dedicated to exposing them. Remember, despite these scam height websites, there are authentic height increase information website out there, the HeightDB is one of them.
The information provided in this post is my opinion only, built on my own experiences.

If you want a high protein diet, do it eating the right things, or supplement your diet with a protein shake. This scheme can only be described as a scam and it makes me very angry.
